Privacy Policy
Information we collect
When you request a demo or private investor access, we collect your name, work email, company or entity, use case or investor type, and optional inquiry text. The public forms do not ask for phone numbers or investment amounts.
Security and language preferences
Cloudflare provides website delivery and bot protection. Abuse-prevention counters use transformed identifiers instead of raw IP addresses; inquiry text and email addresses are not stored in the website database. Request-limit identifiers change every ten minutes; expired counters are removed when the next inquiry request is processed. Your language preference is saved in your browser.
How we use it
We use submitted information only to deliver the inquiry, assign the appropriate team member, prepare the requested discussion, and follow up.
Retention
Information is retained only as needed to respond and is ordinarily deleted within 30 days of submission, unless a longer period is required by law.
Service provider
We use FormSubmit to deliver inquiries. Submitted information may pass through that provider’s systems during transmission.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting general@ascendllc.one.
